I've known Robert for several years, where he's helped me buy our home and now sell our home. His loyalty to his customers are second to none. If you want someone to be family and take care of your family, Robert is the best (I still keep in touch with his son that's also in the U.S. Army). He understood our home, our market, and our wants and needs. We were seeking to downsize, and looking for some sort of loft/condo/townhome. Robert showed us several that met our criteria. More importantly, he identified and explained some HOA assessments that were not yet noted because there had not been an announcement pending cost estimates and final determination. We love the townhouse we're in now. He also listed our house, and gave us the wise advice of getting our own inspection at the outset. This gave us time to make repairs that would typically be identified, and demonstrate to potential buyers that we were not trying to hide anything. The sale went smoothly, except for an error the buyer's title company made. Robert stayed on it, enlisted the aid of the title company we used, and managed not only to get it done, but the buyer's title company even gave us some money to cover any accrued interest and inconvenience. Robert was very attentive with our needs. We explained that we were a blended family, which will bring 4 teenagers together, so we needed 5 bedroom with enough bathrooms for 2 boys and 2 girls, so privacy was a must. He managed to find a 2.5 story, 5 bedroom, 4 bath, with the perfect solutions for everyone, that included a loft for our massive vinyl collection.
